Immediately after payment, we email you a secure download link (to the address you enter at checkout). The link stays valid for 72 hours. Your PDF is personalized with your name and email and protected with a password. The password is simply the email address you used at checkout.
If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder, then write to books@rospexpublishing.com and we will resend it promptly.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you were charged but did not receive the book, if the file is defective and we cannot fix it, or if you accidentally bought the same title twice.
Because each book is a digital file delivered instantly and personalized to the buyer, we cannot routinely refund purchases once the file has been downloaded. That said, we are a small publisher and would rather be fair than formal. If something is not right, write to us and we will find a solution.
Email books@rospexpublishing.com from the address you used at checkout (or mention it), with the book title and the purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Due to territorial publishing rights, our digital editions are not sold in Russia or CIS countries, and payments from these regions cannot be processed.
